On New Year's Eve, Megan Phelps, the granddaughter of Westboro Baptist Church pastor Fred Phelps, posted her own version of Lady Gaga's "Poker Face." The WBC, as you'll recall, will be protesting Gaga's sold-out January 7 show at the Fabulous Fox. (A counter-protest is also planned; more details here.) Phelps' version of the song sounds like "Poker Face" karaoke, although the original chorus ("Can't read my,

And how exactly do they claim to know what God thinks? Are they God? I never understood all this hatred that comes from reading an outdated 2000 year old book that PEOPLE wrote, people even more ignorant than Megan Phelps. Really though learning was so difficult, books were painstakingly made by hand. There were only a hand full of libraries that not everyone had access too. So few of the population could read or write. How can these people seriously listen to this book. I will really never get it, even going to Catholic school as a kid it seemed just as likely that Santa Clause existed (which my poor parents never got the fun because I would constantly argue how fat people can barely walk, never mind fly with rain deer across the world). At least they realize how good the song is that they had to use the same song. At the end of the day this song is brilliant- and since "god" created her and her brilliance isn't it as if God gave her those talents to open people's eyes up? Come on with population increases religions don't need to squash same sex relationships anymore. In ancient greece they had over populating and thats when it was more than ok to be gay. (Which btw the religion at the time controlled everything as well so they were the ones behind it) At the end of the day people don't wan to think for themselves and make a decision based on what they think they want someone to tell them what to do so they don't actually have responsibility for the outcome. Why can't we just decide what is right for ourselves? Because people are dumb and make bad decisions everyday.
Haha, this just proves it; Megan Phelps is just an attention whore who actually enjoys pop music - like lady gagas. It's pathetic. If she really was all about God and believed in her crap she wouldn't even give one second of her time to do things like this. Phelps family and the west baptist church are just psycho's - stop giving them attention.

I like that whorish face line. Could be the name of a Faces cover band - The Whorish Faces. By filth I guess she means the human body, which scripture describes as a temple to god. Logic and reason in religious thought, terribly hard to come by.
