Club Velvet billed itself as the "epicenter of club culture" for St. Louis during its run from the mid '90s to the mid 2000s. And on Saturday, the second annual Velvet reunion took place at Rue 13 on Washington. Dance music was provided by DJ's Charles Feelgood, Scotty Mac and Jeff Hopkins.
