The Arkansas School for the Deaf Isn't F-F-F-Foolin' Around

(Via Deadspin) This week, the Arkansas School for the Deaf joined the Great Plains Schools for the Deaf Conference. The Little Rock-based school is now eligible to compete against teams from states such as Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa and Missouri (specifically, the Missouri School for the Deaf in Fulton), in football, basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, track and the academic bowl. For the name of their teams, the school chose the Leopards.
Armageddon it.
Yes, that makes them the Arkansas School for the Deaf Leopards. Awesome. We think Joe Elliott would approve.
