Well, it appears that Nelly's Branson concert is on after all: According to Fox 2 (via the Associated Press):
A promoter says the much-delayed concert by rapper Nelly has a venue in Branson. Concert promoter Paul Dunn said Nelly will perform indoor at the Mansion Theater on Aug. 21.
According to the Springfield News-Leader article about the venue change, ticket sales have been slow.
