Bon Iver is Coming to the Pageant

Woodsy folkster/hook man Justin Vernon (a.k.a. Bon Iver) is coming to the Pageant on September 11th. Tickets go on sale this Friday, the 24th, at 5 p.m. It's $32.50 for general admission and $35 for reserved balcony seats. You can buy them through the box office or Ticketmaster, as per usual. 
Bon Iver's Bon Iver is out today -- it's a considerably broader-sounding album than his conceived-in-reclusion debut. We're not going so far as to call it a summer jam contender, but this should be a good show regardless.
Bon Iver hasn't been in St. Louis in a while -- the band did play a set at the Biliken Club back in 2008, and backup man S. Carey was just here in the beginning of April.
