• After months of badgering from Amazon, I broke down and bought Circuital on a whim. It was the first album of theirs I heard, and I loved it. I've since bought Okonokos and Z, and I'm working my way back through the catalog. I think Circuital is my favorite for now, mostly because after a random purchase, I have found a band I love. Also, I love "Outta My System."

• I fell in love with EVIL URGES and its still one of my favorites!  I was drawn to the circular nature of the riffs and progressions, the stellar guitar tones, and the liquid velvet reverb-vocals!  Its hard to beat that...  peace, Ross

• My favorite My Morning Jacket album is "Z" because it was the first My Morning Jacket album I ever bought, it was their strongest all-around release as a band, I still get chills every time I listen to it all the way through, and the album cover is one of my favorite album covers of all time. • The Tennessee Fire is my favorite. Not only was it their first album, but it was the first one I heard (although not til years after it came out), and you can hear the pure rawness in Jim's voice in song's like The Bear and Picture of You. The passion in I Will Be There When You Die is what got me hooked on these guys. I admit, I'm not as big of a fan of the past couple albums, and a couple of the middle albums are probably better than The Tennessee Fire, but it's the one that got me hooked on MMJ and will forever be my favorite because of that. bjrvn4  @  gmail
