The so-called fifth Highwayman and living legend Guy Clark brings his 70-year-old self and his outlaw country woes to the Old Rock House February 29, the day the common solar calendar considers leap day. Hold Steady crooner Craig Finn is hitting the road solo, he'll be at Off Broadway on February 10.
