JJ Grey & MOFRO, the roots band from Florida with albums named Blackwater and Country Ghetto, will be at the Pageant (6161 Delmar Boulevard, 314-726-6161) this Friday, the 13th. JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound, playing approximately its one thousandth show in St. Louis (we mean that in the best possible way) and Daryl Hance will open. Tickets are $20 in advance or $23 day of show. The Halo Bar, immediately after JJ Grey & MOFRO, will host Andy Coco's Rhythm Section Road Show. A fine Friday night indeed, and we'd like to send you.
