Most cities' newspapers are listing what's coming up this Fall and Winter in their downtown performing arts centers. I get mailers every week.  Has Kiel Peabody been closed? Did they use it to attract big public and private money to save the Blues; then shut the doors and give it back to the homeless at night? That's not really how to bring back a failed downtown.
