Rue 13's Final Hour: Body Paint, Green Drinks and Goodbyes [Photos]
Among Washington Avenue's roomy, full-contact bars, Rue 13 was unique. Not least because of its ties to the punk community, which it welcomed every week with a rowdy night of in-house music. It also hosted shows ranging from hardcore to electronica, in addition to the usual weekend activities of the neighborhood. But that's all come to an end -- Rue 13 closed its doors for good last Saturday.

Some people came from as far as the Dayglow paint tour stop at GCS Ballpark to say their goodbyes. Others had no idea what made this night any different -- they just came to get laid. We'll miss you, Rue. A few of our favorite photos from this weekend:
