[Update May 3: LouFest tickets are on sale now! Click through this link to purchase yours.]
Wilco (pictured) shares top billing with the Killers.
It's official! No need for further speculation, the LouFest lineup has been announced.
Tickets go on sale Friday, May 3, at 10 a.m. You can purchase them at www.loufest.com. A limited number of $75 two-day early-bird passes will be available for those quick on the draw. Regular passes will be $95 after that.
The Wheel of Fortune-style guessing game that organizers implemented this year made for few surprises to those who have been paying close attention. The Killers, Wilco, the National and Alabama Shakes have top billing as expected, alongside Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, whose name is such a dead giveaway crossword-puzzle-wise that most had it figured out without any letters in the name having been released.
RFT Music's early guesses.
A third stage will be added this year to accommodate the 30-band lineup, and there will be food, local craft beers and art in Market Square -- the "Nosh Pit," as it is called.
And so, without any further typing on a computer at midnight, here is the official 2013 Loufest lineup!
