Recently St. Louis' Kentucky Knife Fight, whom we've named as the best rock band in town from time to time, had a particularly bad run, starting with the mid-January theft of their touring van and ending with the subsequent discovery of said van smashed to unrecognizable pieces at a local scrapyard. KKF will be playing a benefit show to get some new wheels this weekend at Off Broadway -- stop on by and contribute to the cause; they could certainly use the assistance.
